Auswide partnered with Westbury Constructions on the Raymond Terrace Community Housing project, contributing to the early stages of site preparation and structural works. 

Duration & Scope

Our scope focused on building the retaining walls around the development to provide stability, strength, and long-term durability for the housing site.

Over the course of approximately one month, our team laid and core filled 3,000 concrete blocks to construct the retaining walls across the site.

This critical stage ensured the development has a strong foundation and secure boundaries.

Our contract also includes the upcoming bricklaying for the houses, which is scheduled to commence in the next phase of works.

Challenges & Achievements

The main challenge was delivering large-scale retaining walls within a strict timeline, while maintaining accuracy and consistency across thousands of blocks.

Our team successfully completed the retaining wall structures on time, demonstrating both our efficiency and technical expertise.
