Hard working, caring and always learning, Marty is not just a certified bricklayer, he is also a licensed Builder and Think Brick accredited brick cleaner. It gives him a wider appreciation of the entire bricklaying process.
It was his focus on how we can do things better that sparked the Straight-Up System™. He has spent thousands of hours and dollars on the systems that drive Auswide.
Outside of work Marty is the happy and busy father of three children – and a Penrith Panthers tragic.
Operations Manager
A third-generation brickie, it is little wonder that Connor is a Master Tradesman.
He is our go-to problem-solver for any tricky jobs. It also makes him a great foreman and scheduler.
It is his processes that ensure we always meet our schedules and that our quality of work is first class.
Connor is also the brains behind our White Knight service.
When not on site, Connor is a father of two and a Sydney Roosters supporter.
Estimator, Administrator, Finance Manager
Anthony is a university-trained project manager with Honours, but as he will tell you – it is what he has learnt on the job over the past four years at Auswide that has been more valuable. He has used every software system designed for building and bricklaying, and has also built systems from scratch to ensure the bricklaying process – from lead to handover – is seamless.
Fusing theory into practice, Anthony is the whizz that drives our systems, technology and software. The reason why we are as effective and as compliant as we are.
Outside of work he loves 4W driving and camping, and the mighty St George Illawarra Dragons.
